Bio: Leilanie is a Research Assistant with the Global Policy Lab. She received a Master of Environmental Data Science from the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management in 2025, and a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Prior to the Bren School, she worked in political campaign organizing and environmental civil litigation, specializing in pollution remediation and regulatory compliance. In her spare time, Leilanie works as a freelance photographer and enjoys cycling and baking.
