Bio: Simon is a PhD candidate at UC Berkeley, a Doctoral Fellow in the Lab, and a member of the Aerial History Project. His research focuses on the measurement and regulation of externalities, using methods from environmental economics, machine learning, and remote sensing. He is particularly interested in noise pollution, water, and urbanization.
