Bio: Steve Berggreen is a Postdoctoral Scholar in Environmental Social Sciences at the Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability. His research focuses on topics in environmental and development economics, with an interdisciplinary approach that bridges social science and natural science perspectives. Steve holds a PhD in Economics from the Lund University School of Economics and Management. He also has an MSc in Economics from the University of Gothenburg and an MSc in Water Resources Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked with applied hydrological and climatological research and consultancy at the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) and the Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI).
