Bio: Leo is a data scientist with the Global Policy Lab, under Joshua Blumenstock. Prior to joining CEGA and the GPL, he worked on real-time electrical grid optimization software, and also for a climate science group at UC Berkeley (Dr. David Romps’s group). He holds an MS in applied mathematics from the University of Washington. Outside of work, he likes to play music, cook and bake, ride and work on his bike, backpack, and play soccer.
